Important info: my work flow depends directly of my mental health. I’m currently in a good state, but if I’m not ok it may take a long time for me to complete the commission. More than once it has taken more than 1 year for a piece. If you’re not ok with waiting, you can always request a refund, and I have never delayed a refund by more than 48h after it’s requested. Thanks for understanding!

Payment

• Payment upfront.
• Ask me about payment plans.
• Paypal invoice only. /unless we’re mutuals, then we can use bizum/ko-fi/paysend
• USD or EURO.

Refunds

• I will not issue refunds unless I didn't work on the piece when you ask for it or if it's been at least a month since the last update. You can always dm me about this! I'm pretty flexible.
• I can refund the entire thing or we can discuss an amount if you want to keep the current unfinished piece.
• If I refund the entire amount of the payment I will do whatever I want with the sketches I had done (of course I will edit them so it doesn't have your characters).

Permissions

• Please always credit my work.
• If you don't want me to post a commission, make sure to let me know beforehand.
• I will send you multiple WIPs during the process, please don't realize you want something different (posture, expression, etc) when the piece is finished (it will cost extra $ for fixing).
• You can edit a piece once it's finished on your own but you have to point that out the moment you publish the image.
• Note me if you're going to use the piece for commercial use.
